Eddie Hall is currently in training camp for his upcoming fight with Tommy Fury, and it would seem as if he is in very capable hands.

With his showdown against Fury edging closer, the former World’s Strongest Man has thrown himself into camp with the kind of intensity that leaves no room for half-measures. Every session, every meal, every recovery block is dialled in.

Some people may raise eyebrows at the lack of Hall’s boxing experience, but he’s enlisted the help of one man whom should silence all of the doubters.

Posting on Instagram, Hall has revealed that he has been training with British Heavyweight boxer Johnny Fisher, with the pair getting into the ring together.

Fisher wrote: “The Bull and The Beast. An honour to help Eddie prepare for his next fight.”

Eddie replied: “Thanks for the rounds brother.”

Fisher has 15 fights on his professional record, with 14 wins and one loss – with 12 of his wins coming by TKO (Technical Knockout).

Given his impressive record, Hall will have picked up some great insights that will prove very beneficial on June 13.

Weighing in at a colossal 157kg (345lbs), Hall isn’t chasing a lighter frame either — he’s refining what he already has.

Hall penned: “157kg / 345lbs Strong, Fit, Fast & Determined! Fight camp has officially begun. Tickets now on sale for the Fury Vs Beast fight! Link in bio & stories. This is going to be an interesting one! Things I’m doing to get in shape….”

It’s a statement that doesn’t just announce a fight camp — it sets the tone for it.

Because what follows is a routine that borders on relentless.

Hall’s preparation is rooted in repetition and volume, built to condition a body that operates on a completely different scale to most fighters.

He said: “Eating Steak and eggs x 3 daily + fermented foods! Fighting, walking and swimming Daily! Sauna + stretch + Hot’n Cold + red light + physio daily!

“Taking everything from @beast_pharm for the edge inc Creatine, Whey, Hydro, Big joint, Big Z, Big D, Omegas, EAAS, Ashwaganda & Biltong.”

It’s a plan that merges brute-force fuelling with modern recovery science — a constant cycle of stress and repair designed to keep him explosive while carrying extraordinary mass.
