Logan Paul has finally dropped the long-rumoured footage of his “secret fight” with Bradley Martyn — but instead of the gym brawl fans were expecting, they were served an ad.
The WWE Superstar and YouTuber posted the so-called “leaked” clip to Instagram on Tuesday with the caption: “Enjoy:)”. It comes months after whispers of a no-holds-barred scrap between the pair at Martyn’s Zoo Culture gym in Los Angeles back in June 2024.
At the time, both men allegedly agreed to a private fight, signing waivers and insisting that no filming would take place. They even claimed to have disabled the gym’s security cameras. But when Paul told his Impaulsive podcast listeners this week that someone on Martyn’s team had “leaked” the footage, the internet prepared itself for chaos.
“Remember when I fought Bradley Martyn? Well he had security cameras in his gym and someone on his team leaked the footage and I have it, I’ll show you the beginning,” Paul said.
The promise was simple: Paul had the receipts. What fans got instead was a full-blown PRIME marketing skit.
The video begins with the pair squaring up in what looks like a gym confrontation — only for the tension to fizzle into an impromptu product pitch.
As the two lock up, Paul pivots to promoting his energy drink, saying: “[We use] ultra-filtered milk, we remove the excess sugars from the milk, leaving just the protein. It’s actually bomb if you want to try it.”
Martyn agrees, they stop mid-fight, and take a swig of PRIME’s new protein blend, which Paul boasts has 32 grams of protein per serving.
Seconds later, the “fight” resumes — and Martyn “knocks” Paul clean out in one punch. Cue the crowd rushing in, cameras rolling, and millions of viewers realizing they’ve been pranked.
Even worse for continuity spotters, Martyn’s sweatpants in the “leaked” clip don’t match what he was wearing in photos from the original 2024 confrontation. The mismatch raised suspicions about whether or not the pair really did fight for real two years ago, and they’ve just turned the drama into a marketing stunt.
Either way, the reaction online was instant and divided. Many fans laughed at the clever trolling and the “gotcha” antics of the YouTuber. Others felt duped.
Entourage star Jeremy Piven called Paul “The PT Barnum of our age”, comparing him to the famous circus showman and hoaxer. Paul’s PRIME business partner KSI couldn’t resist piling on either, tweeting: “GOT THEMMMMMMMMMMM.”
Meanwhile, comment sections across Instagram and Reddit were filled with a mix of amusement and annoyance.
“Paul brothers are undefeated when it comes to leading the internet on with their marketing,” one fan admitted, while another added: “Lmao the trolling is on another level. Got me.”
But many weren’t impressed: “Got so excited for nothing.”
One frustrated viewer added, “I remember debating morons who legitimately believed they fought… Some people are so dumb it’s insane they’re allowed to vote and drive on the same streets as us.”
Even Martyn himself jumped into the comments, keeping the bit alive: “That last punch was clean.”
It’s not the first time Logan Paul has blurred the line between fight promotion and brand advertising. Between boxing crossovers, WWE stardom, and viral stunts, he’s built a reputation for turning every opportunity into a marketing stunt. Remember IShowSpeed and KSI turning up in a Prime bottle costume for his WrestleMania matches?
And for better or worse, this “leaked fight” has done exactly that — fuelling millions of views and another wave of debate about whether Paul’s genius or just exhausting.
