When you’ve held the title of World’s Strongest Man, pulled a 500kg deadlift, and even dominated the MMA cage, maintaining top form becomes a full-time job.
Now, Eddie Hall – ever the experimenter of strength and self-mastery – has now shared the nine key habits that keep him — in his words — “looking, feeling, and performing at my best.”
The 37-year-old strongman turned hybrid athlete took to Instagram to showcase his latest physique update — a powerful, lean 360 pounds — and dropped a breakdown of his daily blueprint for peak performance.
The Beast’s Daily Blueprint
Taking to Instagram, Hall revealed his list of seven non-negotiables with his 5.4 million followers.
“The Beast” explained that these are the exact things he sticks to each day to keep his energy high, recovery fast, and mindset sharp – with a helping hand from some of his own Beast Pharm supplements.
They are as follows:
- 10+ litres of water a day (with Hydro)
- Eating lots of meat, eggs & vegetables
- Eat fermented foods (cottage cheese)
- Sleep 9+ hours a night (Big Z sleep aid)
- Supplements (Whey/Recover + Big D)
- Train twice a day (cardio & weights)
- Spending time with family
And, over in the comments section, Eddie’s fans certainly agreed that the strongman legend is looking his best! “Abs at 360 lbs is insane,” one person commented, with a second adding: “Looking fierce”.
A third typed: “He looks more beast now than ever.”
While Hall’s focus today is on health, longevity, and performance, his power remains downright terrifying — something YouTuber Dean Dodd learned the hard way this year.
After a fan dared Dodd to let Eddie Hall slap him, the Welsh content creator — known online as Dean Alex — did exactly that. He booked a flight to Dubai to meet the 350lb strongman at the Slap Fighting Championship and volunteered as tribute.
It went about as badly as you’d expect. Check it out below:
Hall warned that even a restrained hit could be devastating. His first slap, delivered at half power, sent Dodd straight to the floor. But the YouTuber, known for his “challenge accepted” stunts, wasn’t satisfied.
“Give me 70 [percent]. Come on! A little bit harder,” he said.
Hall hesitated, but after Dodd goaded him — even calling him a “bitch” — The Beast obliged. The second slap was far worse.
As Hall’s massive hand connected, Dodd dropped instantly, clutching his face in pain.
“Ahh, my ear’s gone. My eardrum has been burst,” he shouted, as Hall immediately checked on him: “Oh, jeeze, man. You okay, buddy?”
The damage? A black eye and a burst eardrum.
“I can’t hear anything. I can’t feel my face,” Dodd told his followers. “He’s popped my eardrum. All I can hear is ringing — it’s like a bomb’s gone off.”
Even Hall admitted it could have been far worse.
It just goes to show – you should never poke a Beast!
