There are impressive teenage lifters.

And then there’s Bubba Pritchett.

At 15 years old, the American phenomenon is once again forcing the strength world to stop scrolling — this time after a new video surfaced showing him deadlifting a staggering 275kg, a lift that would turn heads in any gym, let alone from someone still years away from physical maturity.

What makes it even more ridiculous is how normal he makes it look.

No wild shaking. No grinding for dear life. No dramatic collapse at lockout.

Just a clean, controlled pull that looked far too comfortable for the weight on the bar.

And as the clip made its way across social media, the reaction was immediate.

One comment summed up what plenty of people were already thinking: “Next world’s strongest man.”

It’s the kind of prediction that sounds wildly premature — until you actually watch the footage.

Because this isn’t an isolated moment anymore.

This is becoming a pattern.

Pritchett has spent the last year building a reputation as one of the most absurd young strength athletes on the internet, repeatedly producing lifts that feel completely detached from what should be possible at his age.

And every time a new clip drops, the same conversation starts all over again.

How far can this kid actually go?

Only recently, Bubba sent strength fans into meltdown after a viral deadlift clip showed him pulling 285kg — a number that already had people talking about future world records.

The reactions then were just as huge.

One fan commented: “Watch out Thor, your record will be broken in the future.”

Another wrote: “This kid is gonna break the world record deadlift one day.”

While a third added: “He’s going to be world champion, no doubt about it.”

Those comments felt bold at the time.

But after seeing him continue to stack massive lifts with frightening consistency, they don’t feel quite so unrealistic now.

To put it into perspective, the current official deadlift world record sits at 510kg, held by Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson — a number considered one of the most legendary feats in strength sport history.

Bubba is nowhere near that yet.

But that’s not the point.

The point is he’s 15.

And at 15, lifting 275kg like it’s routine is almost impossible to comprehend.

Especially when you factor in everything else he’s been doing.

It’s not just deadlifts.

Pritchett also recently went viral for a monstrous 300lb overhead press, another clip that had lifters struggling to understand how somebody his age could generate that kind of power.

It wasn’t a push press. It wasn’t some heavily assisted gimmick. It was brute force. A pure display of pressing power.

That video even caught the attention of strongman legend Nick Best, who commented: “Let’s go Bubba!!!”

Another viewer wrote: “Unreal I can’t wait to see you make worlds strongest man some day.”

And another added: “Defo going to win World strongman comp in future.”

Again — bold statements.

But they keep coming.

And Bubba keeps giving people reasons to make them.

What’s making his rise even more fascinating is the consistency.

This isn’t one freak lift.

It’s another week, another viral moment. Another outrageous number. Another reminder that his ceiling might be far higher than anyone can currently predict.

He’s also gone viral for moving vehicles — feats that most grown strongmen would think twice about attempting.

That’s what makes this latest 275kg deadlift so significant.

Not because it’s his heaviest ever.

But because it reinforces the same terrifying reality.

He keeps doing this.

At an age where most lifters are still learning form, Bubba Pritchett is already operating in territory many adults will never reach.

And that’s why the “next World’s Strongest Man” talk is growing louder.

Because if this is what he looks like now, the idea of what he could become in five years feels almost impossible to imagine.

For now, it’s still potential.

But with every new lift, Bubba Pritchett looks less like a promising teenager…

…and more like strength sports’ next unavoidable problem.
