Former World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall has left fans in stitches after delivering a hilarious response to a Facebook page that publicly called him out over his parking.
The British strongman, nicknamed ‘The Beast’, found himself at the centre of an unexpected social media exchange after photographs emerged of his enormous pickup truck parked on a residential street.
Hall, who drives a heavily modified 2024 Dodge RAM 3500 Longhorn Edition, was criticised by a Facebook page called Shite Parking Watch UK after his vehicle was spotted in Winscombe, Somerset.
The page, which highlights examples of questionable parking, shared a photograph showing Hall’s distinctive black truck positioned partly over a marked zigzag area near a pedestrian crossing.
The vehicle was immediately recognisable thanks to its imposing size, oversized tyres and the word ‘BEAST’ displayed prominently across its front grille.
Accompanying the photograph was a strongly worded message aimed at the former strongman champion.
“Zigzag path blocking Hallbag,” as we take a minute to appreciate the insult of “Hallbag”. The post continued: “We don’t care how famous you are, BOTH THESE THINGS ARE ILLEGAL! Winscombe.”
The post quickly attracted attention, with users debating the parking and making jokes about the prospect of confronting someone of Hall’s considerable size.
However, the situation took an amusing turn when Hall himself discovered the criticism.
Rather than ignoring the post or responding angrily, the strongman decided to share it with his own enormous Facebook audience.
On October 29, Hall reposted a screenshot of the original complaint, complete with the photograph of his truck and the page’s description of his parking.
He accompanied it with a brilliantly sarcastic response.
“Thank the lord for these people catching criminals in the act,” he quipped on his Facebook page.
His reply quickly attracted thousands of reactions, with fans appreciating his decision to make light of the situation.
The post received more than 4,000 reactions and hundreds of comments, many of which focused on the prospect of someone challenging Hall over his parking.
One person jokingly asked: “But did they say it to your face.”
Another referenced the size of Hall’s vehicle, commenting: “Time to get the tank out”.
The jokes continued, with another fan writing: “Go again tomorrow with the tank.”
Others took aim at the original complaint, with one person commenting: “Can’t park here mate”.
Even the nickname used by the parking page attracted attention, with a commenter admitting: “‘Hallbag’ is Hilarious.”
The exchange also prompted a response from Shite Parking Watch UK, which continued discussing the incident in the comments beneath its original post.
The page shared another photograph of Hall’s truck, this time showing the vehicle from a different angle.
It added: “Blocking the path again in the same place on the same day.”
Hall’s truck is hardly the sort of vehicle that blends into its surroundings.
His heavily modified Dodge RAM 3500 Longhorn Edition is a substantial pickup, made even more distinctive by its aggressive styling and personalised ‘BEAST’ branding.
In the photographs, the vehicle occupies a significant portion of the road, with its front wheels positioned close to the pavement and pedestrian crossing markings. And, let’s just say, this isn’t the first time the truck has appeared on these sorts of parking complaint pages.
While Hall and his followers found plenty of humour in the complaint, the original page maintained that the parking was unacceptable.
And while many knocked Hall for his parking, others argued that he doesn’t have much of a choice considering the size of his vehicle.
