Forget cars, motorcycles, or even bicycles. How about a tank for your next fast-food run?

It may sound bizarre, but that’s precisely what strongman Eddie Hall and boxer Tommy Fury did recently, cruising into a McDonald’s drive-thru in the former’s massive eight-tonne military vehicle.

The dominant duo made quite the spectacle at the fast food joint, with Fury later treating his 270,000+ TikTok followers to hilarious footage of the daring escapade. The 24-year-old ex-Love Island star captioned his post: “I went through McDonald’s drive-through in an army tank to order…”

In the clip, Fury can be seen sitting on the tank turret, as Hall – whose head can be seen poking out of the driver’s hatch – pulls up to the collection window. However, rather than picking up a Supersized meal fitting of the mammoth machine, it looks like Fury only ordered a single soft drink!

The footage has since amassed over 450,000 views, with one commenter joking: “Average day in Stoke”.

It’s great to see Fury clearly relishing in some leisure time after his triumphant win against Jake Paul in Saudi Arabia back in February.

And despite the adventure looking like an odd fever dream, this wasn’t Hall’s first tank run to a Maccy D’s.

The 35-year-old former World’s Strongest Man previously took his hefty vehicle for a spin to the same restaurant just seven months ago, leaving quite the impression (and I don’t mean in the tarmac).

During his last tank adventure, Hall revealed that his mechanical beast weighs a whopping eight tonnes and can reach speeds of up to 50mph.
In the video – which was shared to the strongman’s YouTube channel – McDonald’s staff could be seen looking bewildered by Hall’s hilarious antics, as members of the public snapped photos of the tank rolling up to the collection window.

Naturally, there were a few hurdles; as the drive-thru lanes are more suited to your dad’s Honda rather than a ruddy tank. But, determined to enjoy his cheat day in style, Hall equipped himself with a litter picker and was able to collect his order without leaving the vehicle.

After successfully picking up his large Big Mac meal, Hall enjoyed his food roadside.

In the comments section, fans clearly adored Hall’s tank capers, with one YouTube user writing: “I’m genuinely impressed that Eddie spent the time to learn how to drive a tank with such proficiency.”

“Can’t imagine driving or walking past and seeing a unit of a human being like Eddie casually sat on a tank at the roadside having a McDonald’s,” a second commented.

What’s even more fascinating is that Hall’s tank isn’t just for his personal McDonald’s trips. Both he and the tank are also available for hire for events – meaning you can add an element of muscle and steel to any occasion.

So, if you’re in the mood for a one-of-a-kind experience, you can enquire about a visit from Hall in his tank on his personal website, HERE.
