Two giants of iron and muscle have finally collided — and fans are losing their minds at the mere sight of it.

Bodybuilding icon Ronnie Coleman has been pictured sitting down with Eddie Hall, the former World’s Strongest Man-turned-combat sports fighter.

Hall shared a photo of the two standing side by side on Facebook, captioning it simply: “The best to ever do it.”

That one sentence was all it took to send fans into overdrive.

In the comments, one user summed it up perfectly: “Beast and a Goat.” Another added: “Ain’t nothing but a peanut…… God bless Ronnie Coleman.” A third couldn’t hide their excitement: “PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE A PODCAST WITH HIM!!!!!”

And, naturally, the thread was flooded with classic Coleman catchphrases — from “Yeah Buddy!” to “Lightweight baby!”

Sport Manual can exclusively confirm that the pair met for Coleman’s guest appearance on The Good, The Bad, and The Beast, Hall’s fast-growing podcast that has already featured some of the world’s biggest names in strength and combat sports – including Brian Shaw, Martyn Ford, and Donna Moore.

The crossover marks a monumental meeting of two eras — Coleman, the eight-time Mr. Olympia whose dominance reshaped modern bodybuilding, and Hall, the man who broke the 500kg deadlift barrier and brought strongman to the mainstream.

Hall has never been shy about his admiration for the bodybuilding legend. In a previous video shared on his social channels, he spoke about Coleman’s influence on his own career: “How can you not love Ronnie? I grew up watching Ronnie.”

He went on to highlight what made Coleman stand apart from anyone else who ever stepped on stage: “The thing about Ronnie, is that he was a bodybuilder — but the weights he moved, were legitimately that of a top-tier strength athlete. […] He’s probably the best to ever do it in bodybuilding.”

For fans of heavy lifting, this meeting is the stuff of dreams — two icons from different worlds united by the same obsession: pushing the limits of human strength.

While the full episode is yet to drop, Hall’s teaser has already sparked a frenzy across social media. Expect stories, laughter, and a few “Yeah Buddy!” moments when The Good, The Bad, and The Beast unleashes its biggest guest yet.

And Hall is clearly a busy man. While already training and dropping weight for a highly-anticipated fight against Dillon Danis, he has now issued a challenge to Jake Paul.
