Is there a challenge that legendary strongman Eddie Hall won’t take on?
Hall, who won the World’s Strongest Man title in 2017, loves showing his army of fans what he’s up to since he retired from competing, and it rarely disappoints.
So far Hall has taken on MMA, bobsleigh, boxing and sumo wrestling – showing people just how difficult the sports are, and the skill it takes to succeed.
This time round Eddie travelled to Inverness to pay a surprise visit to two mates from his strongman days, the Stoltman brothers. Tom Stoltman, 29, won the World’s Strongest Man title in 2021 and 2022, while his older brother Luke, 38, is a regular feature in the finals of the competition.

The challenge on the day? To take part in the Highland Games and lift the historic Inverness stone. Weighing in at a whopping 112kg/246lbs, only 10 men in history had previously lifted it. The question was, could Eddie and the Stoltmans make it 13?
Eddie Hall shared his full Highland Games experience with his 2.75 million YouTube subscribers in a video that has already amassed over 274,000 views.
While Eddie’s lift was particularly impressive given his recent lack of strongman training, one commenter was absolutely blown away by Tom Stoltman’s attempt: “Watching Tom yeet the stone like planet fitness kettle bell after Eddie struggled is nuts.”
Another was quick to agree, “The way Tom picked it up and threw it like it weighed 20kg was equal parts amazing and terrifying.”
One thing is for certain though, Eddie Hall is still an absolute beast, and we can’t wait to see what he does next!
